A few things worth knowing

Can I track prepaid and postpaid lessons?

Yes. Check prepaid lessons remaining and debt for each service. For clients who pay afterwards, generate an invoice from the records, review it and send it. A balance for one service does not pay for another automatically.

Can I use NoSheet on my phone?

Yes. Open NoSheet in your phone’s browser to work with the schedule and attendance. You can also use it on your computer.

What can my teachers see?

Teachers work with assigned clients and groups and see their own earnings. Client financial information, invoices and the wider business overview are available to the owner.

Can clients pay an invoice online?

WayForPay invoice payment links and automatic paid status are planned. They are not available in the current alpha workflow. Reviewing and emailing invoices is available.

How do I get early access?

Alpha access is free and by invitation. Tell us about your business using the request form. We’ll review it and reply by email. Already invited? Use Log in.

How do I earn the 25% discount?

Use NoSheet for real classes over two weeks, then share honest feedback in a conversation or questionnaire. Reporting an issue that blocks you from using it also qualifies. No positive review or testimonial is required. We’ll confirm your eligibility by email. Joining the launch waitlist alone does not qualify.

How long does the discount last?

Start a paid subscription within 60 days of the paid launch to activate it. You’ll receive 25% off the current subscription price for as long as that subscription stays active. The percentage stays the same if prices change. Cancellation ends the discount; it does not return if you subscribe again. It cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.

What happens when the alpha ends?

Alpha is completely free. We plan to launch paid subscriptions in Q4 and will share prices before you decide whether to subscribe. Prefer to join later? Leave your email on the launch waitlist.

Can I bring my existing records?

You can import your client list from Excel or CSV and review the details before adding it. Historical sessions and payments are not imported. If you need help getting started, we can arrange a setup call.
