A shared record
from class to invoice
A worked example, not a customer result: your school runs group and individual lessons. Teachers record attendance; you review balances and billing as the owner.
Keep classes in the schedule
Create group or individual sessions and assign the teacher. Your team can open the relevant class from a computer or phone.
Let the teacher record attendance
Teachers work with their assigned clients and groups. They can check their own earnings; client balances, invoices and colleagues’ pay remain owner information.
Review the school’s billing
Check prepaid lessons and debt by service. Prepare invoices from the records, review them and send them. Your dashboard brings upcoming classes and items needing attention together.
Review the invoice
before you send it
Prepaid packs and payment after lessons need different checks. Look at the client’s service balance, review the invoice and track what is unpaid. Staff earnings come from attendance records; they are not a promise of automatic salary payments.
School operations,
with a clear scope
Looking for a language school CRM? NoSheet covers the ongoing work with existing clients: schedules, attendance, lesson balances, invoices and staff earnings. It does not currently replace a sales pipeline, learning platform, client portal or your full accounting system.
Try one teacher
and one group
Start with a small part of your school’s real work. Import your client list and opening lesson balances, review the details and choose the service for those balances before confirming. Run a session and compare the result with your existing records. Historical sessions and payments are not imported. Setup help can be arranged.
A few things worth knowing
Does it support groups and individual lessons?
Yes. You can schedule group and individual sessions and record attendance. Check the billing arrangement and service for the session before relying on its financial records.
What can a teacher see?
Teachers see operational records for their assigned work and their own earnings. The owner controls client financial information, invoices and the wider school view.
Is this a complete school CRM or LMS?
NoSheet focuses on the schedule-to-billing workflow for existing clients. Lead pipelines, teaching materials, student portals and self-booking are not part of the current alpha promise.
Can clients pay their invoice online?
Online invoice payment links are planned. Current invoice review and email delivery do not mean automatic online collection.
